There are two All Ireland Medals coming back to Tournafulla and we could not be more prouder of the recipients.
On Saturday last, the 20th of July, Cora Long won the U16 All Ireland Final playing with Limerick Camogie at wing back. Her mom, Mag is a part of the management team.
Cora has been a joy to watch on the field of play since she began her Camogie Career with Tournafulla at the age of five and the rest is history. Cora also holds two Munster medals from the 2024 season where she won Munster finals with both Limerick Camogie and LGFA. All while completing her Junior cert. What an achievement that is!
As a club, we could not be more proud of both Cora and Mag and all they have achieved. They have dedicated their lives to Camogie and the results are definitely shining bright through.
We were delighted to welcome them home at their homecoming in The Woodlands Adare on Friday evening.
We are looking forward to welcoming Cora and the All Ireland Cup to Tournafulla very soon
